The staff is wonderful. Tarik is the greatest guy. You really feel like at home. He gives you all the support you want and you get a great feeling of the city. English and German is no problem. Security is great. They have their own parking place in front of the hotel which is under surveillance 24 h and a guard at the door during the night. The location is also great, 5 min taksi drive from bascarsija (which is around 4 euro max). For this price nothing can beat this place.

This was an excellent hotel. It was in a brilliant location with great views across the city which was in easy walking distance. The rooms were kept beautifully but above all, the owner provided a top rate, personal service making you feel welcome and giving welcome 1st hand insights into where to go and what to see in this exciting city,

Comfortable, clean, modern equiped (with elevator) family hotel. Staff is professional and willing to fulfill any wish. While enjoying our welcome drink, the receptionist presented us all see-sights of Sarajevo and near places. Hotel and cars are guarded all night.

Excellent Price/Service ratio. Very good facilities and service at reasonable price, due to the fact that is located 4 or 5 km from down town, but a taxi costs 3 euros. Owner opperated, very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hosts, good breakfast, free WiFi. They have room for parking, but I am not sure if it is free. Sie sprechen Deutsch. On our return trip to Sarajevo, we will be staying here.
Location is a bit far from town - but - for only a few Euros one can easily get into town via Taxi.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel up in the hill with a gorgeous view of the town. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was amazing, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start my day. The location was perfect for me, as it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And the best part was the stunning view of the city and the mountains from my balcony. It was truly breathtaking.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. The staff, the amenities, and the stunning view all made for an incredible stay.

During my stay at Villa Harmony, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible views from my room's balcony. Waking up to the breathtaking sights of the city was truly a memorable experience. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The hotel's attention to detail in their decor added to the overall charm of the place. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a variety of options to kick-start the day. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the affordable taxis in Sarajevo made it easy for me to explore the area. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff, especially one particular young man, made my stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to assist us, providing information, arranging taxis, and even coming to our rescue when we couldn't locate the hotel. I had a great experience at Villa Harmony and would highly recommend it to others.

Our cozy room was clean and newly decorated. It looks like owners take care about every detail in the hotel. Moreover they are very friendly and helpful. You can feel here like at home. Sarajevo and Pension Harmony are very good alternatives for everyone who don't like rather expensive and overcrowded Croatia.

A nice family hotel. Good service, good breakfast. Friendly owners. Not really in the neighborhood of the old center, but easily to reach with a taxi (only a few euro). You can park your own car opposite the hotel. During the night, there is a guard and a camera is watching it. The rooms at the valley side have a nice view on the new Sarajevo. There is no noise of the nearby road.
Leaking shower bath which caused a wet bathroom. Seemed not a recent problem.
